Commissioned by Nike, and self initiated by us, we invited 78 people across the world, to re-challenge the function of a pair of Nike shoes – keeping sport at the heart of their inspiration.

We invited people to take part who we knew could handle the concept-driven project and own it. What initially was an ambitious and abstract project concept, developed into a unique brand-orientated and large scale collaboration.

The Nike78 website became a long-standing archive of the project to showcase the concept, people and outcomes.
